The large porch wrapping around the front of the cabin offers a view, gas grill seating to sit back and unwind to the soothing background of the sounds of nature.  This unique cabin has a open floor plan where the living area flows through the dining area and into the kitchen area.  The fully furnished kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  The living area has tile floors, wood burning fireplace*, smart tv with internet reception (Roku, Netflix etc) while the bedrooms have bamboo flooring.  The master bedroom has a king size bed, it's own private bath, balcony, crib, and flat screen tv with dvd player (no reception).  On the main floor you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed and a balcony and a second bedroom with two twins. *While you most likely won't have cell signal the cabin does have satellite wifi.*   * Firewood is not included in the price for the fireplace or the fire pit.  You can bring your own or we can deliver an ample supply for a weekend for $35 with at least 48 hours notice. - One king-size bed with flat screen tv and dvd player in master bedroom - One queen-size bed - Two twin beds - Beautifully decorated living area with  flat screen Smart TV - Wood burning fireplace* (firewood not included) - Fully furnished kitchen with all the necessities with both a standard coffee maker - Dishwasher - Reading nook with chair and ottoman - Gas grill, bistro style tables and chairs outdoor eating area - Fire pit with seating (firewood not included) - Wireless Satellite Internet,  - Central heat and air - Washer and Dryer - Bath essentials such as guest soap and shampoo, hair dryer, and thick towels - Refrigerator - Stove - Oven - Microwave - Toaster  - Dishes, (including) glassware, utensils, cutlery, - Pots, and pans Check in - 4pm Check out- 10am Please Note- * Small front wheel drive vehicles and mini vans do NOT do well on this driveway What should we bring? Please Click Here to see the free fun included with this Mountain Escapes Property Management and Cabin Rentals rental! Ocoee River Overlook is one of the most unique cabins you will see and it is affordably priced!  You will need 4 wheel drive or All Wheel drive.  Ocoee River Overlook was designed to a small rustic barn type cabin will all of the modern conveniences such as wifi, satellite tv, hot tub and a great view as an added bonus.  The Ocoee river is just on the opposite side of the road from the driveway and you can see it meander through the mountains from the deck.  Inside the cabin you will experience a rustic motif but you will in no way be roughing it.  Most of the year you won't need the central heat and air as you can just let the fresh mountain flow through the screen doors.  Great for a couples romantic getaway or small family vacation as the upstairs bedroom sleeps 3 and has it own private exterior stairway.  Relax under the stars from the hot tub or the campfire pit.  Here is a guest's (Emily) comment which probably better than our description- “This place is PERFECT for a couple's getaway. The barn style cabin sits at the top of a hill surrounded by woods and overlooking the Ocoee. The front porch offers a beautiful view of the mountains. And the hot tub is perched on the mountain side with the same gorgeous view. The inside of the cabin is plenty spacious for two people. And while it does have central heat and air, we slept with the windows open (even in July) and enjoyed the mountain air and the all the sounds of nature. There is an upstairs bedroom and it has a separate entrance and no bathroom so you have to go outside to get back in to the restrooms. But again, if you are looking for a private mountain setting for a romantic weekend- this is your place. It's also super close to all of the Ocoee rafting centers. Last thing- you really do need 4-wheel drive to make it up the driveway. ” (Thanks Emily) Hot tub, wifi- gas grill, satellite tv, pet friendly, washer dryer, campfire pit (bring your own or we can deliver, ask for details) Check in - 4pm Check out- 10am What should we bring? We suggest you bring personal grooming items, groceries (including spices and condiments along with the items below: Insect repellent (summer) Duraflame logs for wood-burning fireplaces only or campfire pits Medicines (aspirin, ibuprofen, first aid kit, etc.) Beach towels (for summer excursions to Lake Blue Ridge or whitewater rafting) If you’re enjoying a lengthy stay, you may want to bring: Additional hand soap and shampoo Toilet paper Paper towels Coffee filters Laundry detergent Entertainment items (DVDs, CDs, books, board games, playing cards, puzzles)

Cabin (3600 sq. ft.) in Copperhill, TN
5 miles from Campbell Cove Lake
Photos provided are NOT shot with wide angle lenses to make everything appear much larger than it is. There is no hill, stairs, road or railroad track between Canoe Cruise and the Ocoee river - home of the 1996 Olympic whitewater events, fantastic tubing and fishing. This is the perfect location. Canoe cruise sits on 2 wooded acres (with an additional 6 ac buffer) that will make you think you are miles from anyone. Yet it is less than 5 minutes from the outfitters, restaurants, shops and stores of Copperhill, McCaysville, and Ducktown and only 15 miles from Blue Ridge. With the Ocoee river in your back yard and virtually every activity within 10 minutes (horseback riding, whitewater, tubing, rafting, ziplining) why would you want to be anywhere else? VRBO MAKES IT HARD TO FIND BUT BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE PHOTO AND 3D VIRTUAL TOUR LINK http://veewme.com/25358. Electric Vehicle friendly: VRBO ALSO DOES NOT LIST EV CHARGING STATIONS AS AN AMENITY. CANOE CRUISE HAS A Tesla Charger and a NEMA 15-50 plug. NOT hot and steamy on the top level on hot Summer nights. One of the legitimate complaints of this and most other cabins is their inability to adequately cool and remove humidity from the top floor during summer month - in this case where the Master and two other bedrooms are. In July 2018 we installed a VERY quite HVAC unit just for the top floor. Sleep in comfort. You will get a great safe night's sleep in any of our cabin's five bedrooms. Each has a new high end memory foam mattress and hypoallergenic pillows. Both mattresses and pillows are encased in top +quality dust mite protectors so no need to worry about bed bugs or ticks eating on you while you sleep. The entire cabin has just been restained and painted and a 100 ton rock wall installed at the water's edge (to make entry safer and cleaner). This three story cabin has: 3 king bedrooms each with connecting or private baths; 1 queen bedroom and 1 full bedroom. All are filled with custom made furniture that brings the outdoors inside. From the ground floor you can walk out from one of the king bedrooms to the lower patio to enjoy your morning coffee in one of the rocking chairs or swing, or to catch a trout for breakfast. The ground floor also has an entertainment area with a new (6/16) tournament quality pool table, poker table and wet bar with a bar refrigerator. The second (main) level is where you will find a well equipped kitchen, bar, dining and living area with fireplace as well as another king bedroom and laundry room. Whether you exit this level from the front or back you will be on an enormous deck that wraps the entire cabin. On the deck there are enough tables and chairs to feed an army, a new Swiss grill (with supplied gas), a hot tub and an outdoor fireplace to take the chill off during the cool evenings. The third floor is where you will find the master bedroom - with its own private fireplace and balcony overlooking the river. The master bathroom has two lavatories, shower and a two-person jacuzzi style tub. Our children's rooms are also on the third level - a queen bedroom with a window that overlooks the living room and a small full bedroom that seems to be the favorite for those that like some isolation. There is also a half bath on this level. The yard is an outdoor play-land with volleyball, badminton, horseshoes, croquette, and the always popular Ocoee River. Everyone eventually ends up in the river: to fish, float, paddle, swim or just to wade and look for river treasure. There is something here for everyone. At night, light a fire in the fire pit and enjoy some smores or roast some hot dogs. We have just had 100 tons of large rock brought in to construct a rock wall along the water - complete with rock steps leading down in to the water. We have also added a NEMA 15-50 plug as well as a Tesla charger to charge your electric vehicle. Rafting and Ziplining - Guests of Canoe will receive VIP treatment and a 30% discount from the premier outfitter on the Ocoee - Wildwater. Please ask for details.

Cabin (1600 sq. ft.) in Tellico Plains, TN
12.2 miles from Campbell Cove Lake
The Nugget on Coker unique cabin is located on a lovely creek in a small valley with a few other cabins. The location is very quiet and peaceful. The sounds of the creek, the breeze in the trees and birdsong are the greatest noise. Every detail in the newly refurbished cabin has been addressed to give you a comfortable, memorable visit. Local artisans designed and built the fireplace, gazebo and wrought iron stair railing. The new kitchen features a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with icemaker. The first floor has an open floor plan with kitchen, living room and dining in one section. The game room and downstairs bath are in a second area. The Nugget is not a pet friendly property. Coker Creek is in the Cherokee National Forest with of many opportunities for outdoor activities -- hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, fly fishing -- and yet is within driving distance of the Great Smoky mountains and Pigeon Forge shopping and entertainment as well as scenic rides by car and rail. Near Championship Golf Courses: Tellico Villlage has three championship golf courses. For a limited time, the village is inviting non-residents to play its private championship courses. The Links at Kahite is a true 'links' course that meanders through a beautiful natuaral setting and offers spectical panoramic view of the Great Smoky Mountains. The Tanasi course has six sets of tees that play from 6,731 to 5,044 yards. The course borders Tellico lake and offers a diversity of appeal from the challenging water holes to the strategic par fives. The Tanasi Clubhouse includes an excellent restaurant that offers casual dining in a beautiful setting. The Toqua course features a classic design that is considered one of the best golf tracks in Tennessee. The course was built into an exquisite natural setting with several holes playing alongside Tellico Lake. Toqua is as challenging as it is beautiful and holes seven through nine may be the most demanding three consecutive holes in the state. Ocoee River - Olympic White Water Course: In 1996 the Ocoee river was the site of the World's first Olympic whitewater event on a natural river. The river is in a beautiful rocky gorge with Class III & IV rapids. Kayakers are seen on the river year round and rafting outfitters offer trips June-September. The White water center has a one-mile hiking trail which crosses a 330 foot suspension bridge and circles the center. The trail is entirely accessible for those who are physically challenged. There are an additional 20 miles of trails for hikers and mountain bikers, including the Bear Paw Trail and the Chestnut Mountain Trail, both of which are loops. A recent addition, the Thunder Rock Express, has received a lot of positive comments from bikers. The Old Copper Road Historic Trail allows hikers and bikers an easier paced adventure along the restored path that was used to transport copper by wagon from Ducktown to Cleveland before the arrival of the railroad from Blue Ridge. Fly Fishing - Tellico River and Citico Creek: The Tellico River and surrounding area make up one of Tennessee's classic trout-fishing destinations. The Tellico is best known for heavy stockings and big-fish potential on the main river and on Citico Creek. The Tellico is a big river, offering plenty of room for plenty of fishermen, and the heavily stocked section is more than 13 miles long. Tthe forks of Citico Creek and the Bald River, a major tributary of the Tellico, form the centerpieces of the Citico and Bald River wilderness areas. These streams offer wild trout in unspoiled wilderness settings and, more often than not, no company from other anglers. Guides and outfitters are available and the Cherohala Welcome center provides maps and a wealth of information.

Often two couples choose the bungalow because of the outside porch sleeping or pull out queen sofabed. If you are looking for a larger cabin, please look at my other creekfront cabin which sleeps 8-10 also in Coker Creek at vrbo #182825 In the evening, the creek has beautiful low voltage lighting throughout the property. Nearby there are hundreds of hiking trails including four incredible waterfall hikes and Bald River which is the most spectacular river to kayak, fish, or swim. Cyclists can bike right from the property straight to the Cherahala Skyway and also the beautiful River Road. Motorcyclists love staying here as well because of the easy access to the Skyway and easy gravel road to the cabin. If you enjoy seclusion, are a nature lover, and like the peacefulness of creek side accommodations, this is the place for you. You won't find a more cozy, private cabin RIGHT ON the rushing creek. It is truly getting away from it all and back to nature relaxing in paradise. There isn't another cabin like it available for rental. Keywords: Cabin
